Turn your high beams into a true cold-air feed. This ASA-printed headlight duct replaces your stock high beam insert and channels fresh air straight into the engine bay. It’s built to look clean and hold up over time.
Each kit includes a stencil to make trimming easy, so install is straightforward even if it’s your first time cutting into a headlight insert.
For more flexibility, optional backside covers are available. These convert the duct outlet to different size pipe fittings, letting you run a direct intake feed or custom routing to match your setup. The duct functions perfectly without it, but they are available if you would like.
Note: This product requires quite a bit of comfortability cutting and modifying your existing housing, as well as effectively sealing the duct into the housing (SEALANT NOT INCLUDED!) I will also include instructions along with the cutting template. If you option in the back section, prepare to also be cutting into the mounting brackets of the headlight to make it fit. My goal is to make this install as seamless as it can be.
This product is 3d printed from UV-stable ASA, so minor surface imperfections may be visible. it can be sanded and painted if desired, but ASA is made to handle sun exposure and weather as-is.
