This little holder bolts onto two valve cover studs and keeps the chain exactly where it belongs. No more using some random long object in your garage, and risking your timing chain from falling off of the oil pump.
These are 3d printed out of durable ASA. Which will give you the best hold for your timing chain, even in hot conditions.
This tool doesnot include hardware, but can be fastened down using any m6 x 1 nuts and couple washers. A very common size bolt for BMW.
